A site survey would be carried out and then access etc would be discussed.
Yes this can effect your neighbours but before any work commence we will speak and explain to your neighbours what we are doing and again all mess will cleaned down at the end of the job and we will check they are also happy.
We ensure all works carried out will not cause damage or water ingress. We would check the integrity of both the roof and felt before we started and advise at this point if there are any concerns.
